1. Service Fees
Service fees, including diagnostic fees, labor charges, and service call fees, are non-refundable. Once our technician has completed the service work, the service fee is considered earned.
2. Equipment Purchases
Equipment purchased from De Vore Communications may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Equipment must be in original packaging and in new condition
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
3. Custom Orders
Custom-ordered equipment or specially configured systems cannot be returned or refunded. This includes custom-installed cabling, custom-configured phone systems, and items ordered specifically for your project.
4. Installation Services
Installation fees are non-refundable once installation work has begun. If you cancel a scheduled installation more than 48 hours in advance, no charges will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a $75 scheduling fee.
5. Subscription Services
Monthly subscription services (such as cloud phone service) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Warranty Claims
Defective equipment covered under manufacturer warranty will be replaced at no charge. Refunds for defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require evaluation by the manufacturer.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the installation or service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues. This guarantee applies to the quality of our workmanship, not to equipment performance issues unrelated to installation.

9. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
